Peanut butter chocolate / Čokolada z arašidovim maslom

Homemade chocolate (bark). 4 ingredients, 4 minutes, 4allmankind.
This recipe requires no cooking.

Ingredients:
1/3 cup = 2 Tbsp peanut butter (softened/liquid)
1/4 cup = 3-4 Tbsp raw cacao powder
5 Tbsp coconut oil (it will melt at a higher (room) temperature; no cooking required)
1 Tbsp (or more) honey (or any other liquid sweetener)

*Toppings of your choice (sea salt flakes, nuts, edible flowers, dried fruits..)

Method:
1. Melt and soften the coconut oil at the room temperature or place it on the sunny spot in the kitchen.
2. In a bowl mix all 4 ingredients until you get a smooth liquid mixture.
3. I was using both silicone baking molds to make the half-moon shapes as well as the parchment paper for making chocolate barks. Simply smooth out the chocolate mixture to a parchment paper or pour the it into silicone baking molds, and sprinkle with some nuts, dried fruits or flower petals.
4. Freeze for about 30 minutes and enjoy directly from the freezer.

Sestavine:
1/3 skodelice = 2 jedilni žlici arašidovega masla
1/4 skodelice = 3-4 jedilnih žlic presnega kakava
5 jedilnih žlic kokosovega olja (zmehčanega na sobni temperaturi)
1 žlica (po želji več) medu (ali kateregakoli drugega tekočega sladila)

*Dodatki in nadev po želji (npr. jedilni cvetovi, lističi oreščkov, solni cvet, suho sadje…)

Priprava:
1. Na sobni temperaturi (denimo na osončenem mestu v kuhinji) zmehčaj kokosovo olje.
2. V manjši posodi zmešaj vse 4 sestavine, dokler ne dobiš tekoče, gladke čokoladne mase.
3. Za oblikovanje čokoladnih polmesecev ter tablic sem uporabila tako silikonske modelčke za peko kot papir za peko. V silikonske modelčke za peko čokoladno zmes vlivamo z žlico, na papir za peko pa lahko stopljeno čokoladno maso preprosto premažemo na debelino, ki nam ustreza.
4. Zamrznemo za vsaj 30 minut in uživamo direktno iz hladilnika oz. skrinje.
